A Girl With No Regrets.
How unreal the title may sound, it is pretty much the truth.Well, yes I have had my shares of embarrassing moments (trust me, my share is definitely bigger than your's), screw ups and not-to-mention events, but none which i don't wan to relive again!
Let me explain, In childhood, I always had this dream of becoming a teacher one day, so I bought a red pen from the nearby store and checked (tick-marked) one whole chapter of my social studies copy and to add to it, I also forged my teacher's signature. Ahh! What a feeling that was! I felt like a teacher, like I had so much power, like that red pen was Alexandra's sword and with it I could conquer the world. Those few minutes were the best minutes of my life, I had finally realized my dream of becoming a teacher. But my happiness was short lived, for when my teacher saw my copy tomorrow, it was terrible. I was given a bad student batch for a week, my parents were called and I never scored well in Social studies ( yeah, I could smell some fish).
But the point is no matter how bad were the after effects, I would totally want to do it again ( if given the chance) for the pure pleasure of those five minutes, of fulfilling a dream, of having my way.
So, yes I have done major screw ups in my life. The one I shared above being the only one which could be shared publically. But I have no regrets. If one day our ever merciful God gives me one more chance to live this life again, I am sure, I would have taken the same decisions, made the same mistakes, lost and won exactly like this and would have ended up right here writing this blog.
Would write again. :)
